Some browsers or computers may block a .exe file downloaded from Google Drive for security reasons. This can happen because the file is new or not widely recognized, does not have a digital signature, or comes from the internet, which triggers stricter Windows security checks. In some cases, antivirus heuristics or company security policies may also temporarily block or quarantine the file. 

If the user uses the Microsoft browser to download the program, they must allow the file to fully download by following these instructions:

3. Third-party licenses
   Takeoffly may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or assets. Their terms, notices, and attributions are available in the “Third-Party Licenses” section.

4. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
   Takeoffly is distributed “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete error-free operation, or compatibility with all environments. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ricardo RiveraBlanco shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software.

5. Acceptable use
   Users agree to use the software lawfully and not for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.

6. Privacy and data
   Takeoffly may collect minimal technical data (e.g., version, crash logs, usage metrics) for operation, support, security, and product improvement, as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and updates
   We reserve the right to update the software and these notices. Continued use of Takeoffly after published changes constitutes acceptance.

This is a one-time payment. There are no annual renewal fees or recurring subscription charges.

These enhancements are optional, not mandatory. Customers may choose whether to purchase them or continue using their current version without any issues.

Single-Computer License: Each license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software on a single computer only. Any installation or use of the software on an additional computer shall require the purchase of a separate, valid license for each such device. Updates shall be licensed and billed on a per-unit basis, and each such update shall be expressly tied to and valid only for the corresponding individual license.
